Payment is available via the shopping basket on this site. Secure payment is available via PayPal which offers payment options with most credit and debit cards. Should payment by PayPal present a problem, please get in touch with us, and alternative payment methods could possibly be agreed.

Images sold and displayed by Sussex-Arts are the property of the respective copyright owner. Any use of the images, including the reproduction, modification, distribution or replication of images or artwork, without the prior written permission of the owner of the copyright, is strictly prohibited and will be rigorously pursued and enforced through UK law.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any work bought from Sussex-Arts, you can receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs) by returning the work within ten days of receipt. That means that in case of a return you are liable to pay the costs of shipping both ways - to you and back to the artist. . Please note that the cost of shipping one way might be different from the shipping costs the other way. This is not regulated by Sussex-Arts but depends on third party services and prices.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where the work is faulty or the wrong work has been dispatched.
Framing
All prints are supplied unmatted, unlaminated, and unframed. Due to the fragile nature of glass-framed items, Sussex-Arts does not offer a framing service. For best results, we suggest you visit your local custom framers, who will be able to offer an abundance of advice and expertise on framing your purchase.
